• Question: Why is the universe so exquisitely balanced such that life can exist?

      Great, tricky question!
      Isn’t it better to look at it the other way round?
      Imagine there were billions of other parallel universes, and none of them supported life.
      In that case, there wouldn’t be life around to ask the question!
      We exist in a universe that supports life, so we are around to ask the question. How could it exist in any other way?

      Below is an article from someone more qualified to answer than me. Seeing as you’re asking such complex questions, you’ll likely be able to take this article in your stride!
