  We have to be made out of something, I’m not sure it makes sense to wonder why we’re alive and living just because atoms make us up. Overall, this is a pretty philosophical question. I have no idea what the answer is!
  
  A related question is whether we really have free will if we are made up of things we can predict and know how they behave.
