Wow, that’s heavy! I can’t even decide whether I’d want to start off with a nice lie-in or spend as much time as possible taking in the world for the last time..! I’d definitely spend the day with my wife, and probably try and go and see some beautiful places (or watch a David Attenborough DVD if I couldn’t see them in person), as well as family and good friends. I’d also definitely eat some peanut butter and jam sandwiches, because it’s important to be true to yourself, even when everything else is falling apart 😉 Maybe fish and chips on the beach watching the sun set would be a nice way to finish… Oh, and I’d definitely pray – if I’m going to be meeting God at the end of the day I’d want to make sure I’m in his good books!

It’s my last day on Earth. I’m *really* excited because it means it’s finally time to board the space ships and travel to a new planet we’ve found far away through a wormhole, and I’m pretty sure that the diet I’ll be eating on the space ship will be a bit more limited than it was on Earth for the next few years while we travel. Sooo… I think I’ll go for some really garlicky pasta with delicious fresh ingredients like basil and chives, drizzled in olive oil, a bit of salt, and some pepper. Fresh apple juice – who knows if I’ll ever see an apple again on the new planet or on the space ship? I’ll load my kindle up with hundreds of books from my favourite authors because the speed of light is only so fast – eventually I won’t be able to receive messages from Earth on my journeys, and living without books seems like a proper form of torture to me. And what I’ll watch? I’ll be watching the sun, setting over the earth. Next time I see the sun it’ll be from the porthole of a space ship, and eventually I’ll never see it again – but I will eventually be seeing an entirely new sun rising over a new planet, so hopefully it’ll all work out ok. 🙂

I would just want to have a last conversation with my friends and family. If the weather was nice, I’d probably sit outside somewhere nice.

I’d eat lots of delicious sugary foods! Ice cream, chocolate, whatever I felt like.
