It’s a little bit less than 5,000 planet Earth’s worth of humans at the current population level 🙂 Interestingly, the 30 trillion-ish number of cells is only for human cells – we actually contain more than that thanks to the bacteria that are all up in our guts. A recent bit of research suggested that we might have 30 trillion of our own cells, and maybe 39 trillion bacteria (give or take several trillion)

Also, a brilliant note in that article is that the balance might tip over to human cells when you do a poo, because you get rid of loads of bacteria every time!
